Operations Planning & Guest Selection
We define the concept, outline the timetable, plan stage programs, and draft the operations manual. For invitation-only events, begin selecting invitees. We start joint meetings with the venue and catering teams.

[4 months before]
Preparation, Collateral, and Promotion
We begin talent/performer booking. Depending on content, we produce paper items, signage, and ads, and plan promotion using the landing page and social media.

Preparation & Arrangements

Based on the floor plan (seating chart), we arrange equipment and fixtures, and select the crew for photography, sound (AV), MC, etc.

Operations Management
We hold detailed meetings with each function/section. Share progress and consult as needed.

[1 month before]
Final Alignment
We finalize required items, handouts, staffing by section, and the program. Please confirm internal staffing for the day and share with us.

On-Site Operations
After detailed alignment with each function/section, we go live. We oversee the full timetable, stage program, and guest services (including F&B) for a smooth run of show.
