It was my second time having the honor of emceeing an event with Chef Tsutomu Ochiai at Hotel Indigo Inuyama.
Watching him — a dignified true entertainer — left a deep impression.
Hi gives everything for the guests and bring them true happiness.
I can’t help but admire the way he works.
Having this opportunity to share such a moment felt incredibly special.
Flipping through its pages feels almost like looking at an art book.
After the event, I asked him for an autograph.
He wrote “Forza!”
which means “Keep going!” in Italian 🪄
I’ll keep those words close to my heart
and do my best untill the day we can meet again.
